Here is a easy instruct able to make an FM {radio}spy bug from a few common components.the making of a spy bug you can use a PCB or a perf-board though if you prefer let's get started.

STEP 1 PART LIST

These are the content needed.


  • 1 piece 2N3904 transistor



  • 1 piece 4K7 resistor{yellow,purple,red}



  • 1 piece 330 Ohm resistor {orange,orange,brown}


  • 1 piece 4p7 capacitor {4.7}


  • 1 piece 22n capacitor {223}


  • 1 piece 10-40p trimmer capacitor {green}

  • 1 piece 1n capacitors {102}


  • 1 piece 8 turn 6mm dial wire (0.5)

  • 1 piece PCB or perf-board and 9v Hi watt battery plus the battery connector.


In case you don't know, the Hi watt is wireless microphone battery.

First I Install The Variable Capacitor And 2N3904 Transistor

​STEP TWO


Next I Install The 4.7&1n Capacitor In Their Places

Next Install The 4K7 And The 330 Ohm Resistor In Place


STEP THREE


Next I Install The 22N Capacitor Then The 8 Turn Coil, Be Sure To Scrape The Enamel Off Where You Intend To Solder Or You Will Find The Coil Will Not Sit Properly Therefore Leading To Bad Reception Later When Tunning.

STEP FOUR


Next I Install The Battery Clip For The 9Voltage Battery I Use To Run The Transmitter.

I Later Choose To Turn It And Glue It To The Bottom Of The Perf Board So That The spy bug Will Stand On End With The Battery .

After You Solder The Battery Clip And The Antenna Wire .

You Will Have One Last Hole, If You Choose To Make The Perf Board Right Next To The Enmiter And Transistor This Is Where The Antenna Wire Will Go

Remember It Does Not Matter Which Way The Capacitor Or The Resistor Face In This Project, Tune 88Mhz Or 92Mhz. is wireless microphone battery.
